Directory Listing Terms and Conditions

1. Directory fees are not refundable.
2. Directory listing fee is per category. You may list in as many relevant categories as you choose, with the directory listing fee payable for each category. Relevance for any category is at the sole discretion of Healthy In The Hills and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
3. Bio is 100 words maximum. If your submitted bio is longer than 100 words, the first 100 words will be selected and published without editing.
4. Healthy In The Hills is not responsible for any errors in your submitted information for your listing. We will scan for spelling errors (and correct if we see them) and claims that cannot be published. We do not correct any grammatical errors. If we require you to rewrite your listing, we will advise and will require the rewrite within 7 days of request
5. Logo to be provided in high-res jpg, png or .ai formats within 7 days of request
6. Payment required within 14 days of invoice
7. Change and editing requests will be accommodated at a cost of $50 per instance, payable in advance.
8. You will have one listing per year posted on Facebook and Instagram. Once a month on a day of your choosing, you may comment on your listing on each platform with any offers, specials, or helpful commentary about your business/service. Unhelpful commentary, commenting more than once a month, or any conduct not in the spirit of this offer will result in your post being deleted until your listing is renewed.
9. You will be placed on an auto-renew cycle, and will be invoiced 2 weeks prior to your listing anniversary. Changes and edits are possible at this time without charge by emailing us with updated information within the terms and conditions, and paying your invoice. Invoices not paid by the due date will result in your listings being removed from all platforms.
10. Businesses do not have to be located in the Hills to list their business in the directory, but must be able to demonstrate that they actively serve residents of the Hills.
11. All terms and conditions must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so will result in your listing being removed from all platforms
How to participate in your own success
1. Comment once a month on YOUR POST with any helpful events, offers, info about your business or service. Only the business listed may be commented about, if you own other businesses, you may not use this platform to promote them. A separate business listing is required for each business.
2. Share your post on your own social media pages
3. Comment and interact positively with ours and other directory members’ posts
4. Send us via email (maximum 4 times per year) an image or short video/reel and short social media caption related to your business/service area that DOES NOT advertise your individual business. We will post this on our platforms at our discretion throughout the year, as long as the content and image/video is usable and does not require editing.
5. Qualified health professionals who are located in the Hills may join Healthy In The Hills Sydney Member Group to connect with other health and wellness professionals within our member group and at our coffee catch-ups
