My journey began with my own struggles as a parent, trying to understand and support my children’s emotional needs while managing my own. This experience led me to pursue a Master’s in Positive Psychology and a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Today, I run a private practice dedicated to helping children and families navigate difficult emotions, foster resilience, and build stronger connections. With an approach that blends warmth, empathy, and evidence-based strategies, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to support parents to feel proud of their parenting and to guide children in becoming emotionally resilient.
